VANTYX AGENCY LLC provides one-time social media content creation packages for local businesses. All purchases are one-time transactions. There are no recurring subscriptions, automatic renewals, or hidden fees associated with any of our packages. Each package is a single, discrete purchase with defined deliverables.

Deliverables are as described on our website at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to modify package contents with reasonable prior notice.
To purchase our Services you must be at least 18 years of age, have the legal capacity to enter binding contracts, and provide accurate information when placing an order. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who provides false information or violates these Terms.
All purchases are one-time payments. You will not be automatically charged again after completing a purchase. There are no subscriptions, recurring billing cycles, or auto-renewals of any kind. Each order is a separate, independent transaction.
Payments are processed securely by Stripe, Inc. We accept all major credit and debit cards. Your payment information is transmitted directly to Stripe and is never stored on our servers. Upon successful payment you will receive an email receipt from Stripe.
All prices are listed in EUR (€). Currency conversion, if applicable, is handled by your payment provider. The final charged amount in your local currency may vary slightly due to exchange rates.
Listed prices do not include applicable taxes. You are responsible for any VAT, sales tax, or other taxes imposed by your jurisdiction on the purchase of digital services.
If your payment fails, your order will not be processed and no services will be initiated. Please ensure your payment details are accurate before submitting an order.
After successful payment, you will receive an onboarding questionnaire. You must complete this form providing your brand information, colour palette, target audience, and any specific instructions. Delivery of your content pack will commence within 48 hours of receiving your completed onboarding information. Standard delivery is within 48 hours; priority delivery (included in Professional, Scale, and Elite packages) is guaranteed within 48 hours even during high-demand periods.
Upon full payment, VANTYX AGENCY LLC grants you a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use all content we create for you — including designs, graphics, and captions — for publication on your business's social media accounts and related marketing materials.
You retain ownership of any brand materials, photos, or assets you provide. By sharing them, you grant us a limited licence to use them solely to fulfil your order.
The VANTYX AGENCY name, logo, website, and all proprietary materials are our intellectual property. You may not use or reproduce them without express written permission.
Unless you request otherwise in writing, we may display examples of content created for you in our portfolio and marketing materials.
Each package includes a specified number of revision rounds. Revisions must be requested within 5 business days of content delivery, with clear written feedback. Additional revisions beyond those included may be available for a fee. Elite package clients receive unlimited revisions.
For complete cancellation and refund terms, please review our Refund Policy. In summary: you may request a full refund within 24 hours of purchase if work has not commenced. Once content creation has started, we offer revisions but generally do not issue refunds for completed work. We always encourage you to contact us directly before initiating any payment dispute.
You agree not to use our Services to create content that is false, misleading, illegal, harassing, or that infringes third-party rights. We reserve the right to refuse or terminate any order we determine is for prohibited purposes, without refund.
OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS." VANTYX AGENCY LLC MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR THAT OUR CONTENT WILL ACHIEVE SPECIFIC BUSINESS RESULTS. WE CANNOT GUARANTEE SPECIFIC FOLLOWER GROWTH, ENGAGEMENT RATES, OR REVENUE OUTCOMES.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VANTYX AGENCY LLC'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM OUR SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SPECIFIC ORDER GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM. WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES OF ANY KIND.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless VANTYX AGENCY LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming, United States. Any dispute not resolved informally within 30 days of written notice shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Natrona County, Wyoming, per the American Arbitration Association's Commercial Arbitration Rules. Class actions are waived.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and VANTYX AGENCY LLC.
