This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to all one-time content package purchases made through vantyxagency.com. VANTYX AGENCY LLC is committed to fair, transparent policies that protect both our clients and our business. Please read this carefully before placing an order.

1. Our Model — One-Time Digital Content Purchases

All products sold by VANTYX AGENCY LLC are one-time purchases of custom digital content. There are no subscriptions, recurring billing cycles, or automatic renewals. Each order is a discrete transaction for bespoke content created specifically for your business.

Because our services involve the creation of custom, made-to-order digital content, refund eligibility is governed by the stage at which your cancellation or refund request is made, as described below.

3. Cancellation Policy

3.1 Before Work Begins

You may cancel your order and receive a full refund if your cancellation request is made within 24 hours of purchase AND before we have commenced creating your content (i.e., before you have submitted your completed onboarding questionnaire and we have confirmed work has started).

3.2 After Work Has Begun

Once you have submitted your onboarding information and our team has commenced content creation, the order cannot be cancelled. However, we will continue working with you through our revision process until you are satisfied with the deliverables.

4. Refund Eligibility

4.1 Full Refund Eligible Situations

  • Cancellation within 24 hours of purchase, before onboarding is submitted and work has begun
  • Duplicate charge due to a technical error (same order charged twice)
  • We fail to deliver any content within 7 business days of receiving your completed onboarding, with no communication from our team

4.2 Partial Refund or Credit — at Our Discretion

  • Significant deviation from the agreed deliverables that cannot be resolved through the revision process
  • We are unable to complete your order due to circumstances on our side

4.3 Not Eligible for Refund

  • Content has been delivered and approved by you
  • You have changed your mind after work has commenced
  • Dissatisfaction with social media performance results (we create content; we cannot control platform algorithms or your audience's behaviour)
  • You failed to provide required onboarding information within 14 days of purchase
  • Cancellation requested more than 24 hours after purchase when work has started
  • Violation of our Terms of Service resulting in order termination

5. Revision Policy (Resolution Before Refund)

We strongly encourage you to request revisions before seeking a refund. Every package includes revisions:

Revision requests must be submitted within 5 business days of receiving your content, with clear and specific written feedback sent to contact@vantyxagency.com.

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us using the information below. Please include:

  • Your full name and business name
  • The email address used for purchase
  • Your Stripe payment receipt number (if available)
  • The package purchased and date of purchase
  • A clear explanation of your reason for requesting a refund
  • Any supporting documentation

7. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method (credit/debit card via Stripe) within 5–10 business days of approval. Your bank or card issuer may take an additional 3–7 business days to reflect the credit. VANTYX AGENCY LLC is not responsible for processing delays on the part of your financial institution.

8. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Important: Before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your card issuer or bank, please contact us directly at contact@vantyxagency.com. We resolve the vast majority of concerns quickly and fairly. Filing a chargeback without first contacting us is not in your best interest — it delays resolution and may negatively affect your ability to work with us in the future.

If a chargeback is filed, we reserve the right to contest it by providing evidence of service delivery, communications, and these agreed-upon terms to Stripe and your card issuer. Fraudulent chargeback claims may be reported to relevant authorities.

9. Company-Initiated Cancellations

We reserve the right to cancel an order if the client requests content that violates our Terms of Service, applicable laws, or social media platform policies. In such cases, a full refund will be issued if work has not commenced; a prorated refund may be issued if work has started.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy at any time. The "Last Updated" date reflects the most recent revision. For orders already placed, the policy in effect at the time of purchase applies.
